Delete your Q Music account

You can delete your Q Music account, and the personal data that goes with it, at any time. You don't need the Q Music app to do it. This applies to artist accounts and to venue and client accounts.

1. On the web

1. Go to book.qmusic.co and sign in with the email address on your account. If you don't have your password, choose Can't log in?, then Send login link, and use the link we email you.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

2. By email

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request comes from you, then delete your account within 30 days.

3. What we delete

Your sign-in details, your name, email address, phone number, postal address, bio, social links, photos and logo, and the devices registered to receive notifications from us. After deletion you can't sign in, and your profile is no longer shown to anyone.

4. What we keep, and why

• Tax information. If we have paid you, we keep your tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) and tax ID for four years after the last tax year in which we paid you, because the IRS requires it.
• Business records. Records of gigs, contracts, invoices and payments, which we keep for accounting and legal reasons. Your name is removed from them.
